Description

Nickerson is seeking a highly motivated and talented graphic designer interns to join our creative department. The ideal candidates will assist the team in developing high quality print and digital collateral for internal and client based campaigns. The designers will report to the Managing Director of Creative Services. You will be responsible for the assistance in development, maintenance and implementation of various graphic-focused print and digital projects.

Responsibilities

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Web design and digital content (landing pages, email blast design, banner ads)
• Environmental Graphic Design and wayfinding experience
• Corporate identity material (Logo design, brand standard packages, stationery, business cards, presentation templates, media kits, etc.)
• Sales & Marketing material (flyers, brochures, catalogs, direct mailers, posters, print and online advertisements)
• Training material (product launches, presentations, & iBooks)
• Tradeshow material (booth design, displays & posters, handouts, coupons & give-away items)
• Packaging design (kit boxes, product slip covers, labels, catalog & product envelopes)
• Web design and digital content (landing pages, email blast design, banner ads)

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop a must)

Requirements

This position is available year-round. Both part-time and full-time applicants are accepted. This internship can be applied towards course credit.
