Description

Personal Training Company. We have 2 main phases of our business. We work with youth athletes, helping them prepare to succeed in their sport. We work with all women adults, in group metabolic training sessions.

Interns will be expected to attend at least 15 hours a week at our facility. Each week there will be a different focus regarding our business, for example.....1. Foam Rolling, 2. Dynamic Warmup, 3. Olympic Lifting, Speed Production, 5. Client Relationships, 6. Administrative Duties, etc, Smart Group Training

Interns will be expected to lead sessions by mid-semester.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in college, preferably in the Exercise Science field. Must be interested in being a fitness coach/personal trainer in the future.
