How We Do It?
In essence, we connect you with your very own coach who provides you with a health assessment, creates a
healthy lifestyle plan, and recommends the best classes, workshops and or programs to support you in achieving the optimal life you always dreamed of.

We offer an affordable membership program known as The Optimal Plan which allows you to receive holistic health education and personal development training for an entire year for only $29* a month. Certificate received upon completion.

We are seeking a public relations intern to start immediately in assisting us with sharing our message with the Metro Atlanta area. This internship could turn into full-time employment for the candidate who is passionate about healthy living and the activities and mindset that leads to it. We are a community oriented business, so the best candidate is one who will enjoy getting to know the residents of the City of College Park and its surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

- Manage radio show guests and event calendar
- Manage blog and Youtube channel
- Assist in developing and contributing to public relations and marketing activities
- Interact with internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising; monitoring account activities; and managing production activities
- Coordinate with news media as assigned, in development of appropriate news stories
- Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- An innovative self-starter with problem solving skills, creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
