Description

We are a strength and conditioning company which provides strength training and physical education services to high schools in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are expanding our operations and need people who have a passion for working with high school athletes. Our training methodology combines traditional methods of strength training with the latest information on human biomechanics and mental preparation. Our goal is to do more than simply coach our clients to achieve physical change, our goal is to use the experience of their physical achievements to teach them how to grow in other areas of their life; mentally, socially, academically, and so on. We expect our coaches to practice what they preach, which means living a healthy lifestyle and setting a good example for the students we work with. The people in our company who will move quickly through the ranks on a path to Management are those who are self-disciplined, hold themselves accountable for their decisions, and are not afraid to take initiative and contribute to the growth of the business as a whole.
