Description

We are looking for highly motivated team members to join our support department. This is an entry level position. The individual selected will be responsible for ongoing client relationship and software support. This position is a tremendous opportunity for someone who had healthcare experience or customer service experience. This job is aimed at a well-spoken, energetic person, who has a desire to learn and looking for serious career. We are looking for a team player. This individual must be self-reliant, responsible and contribute well to our already existing team.

Past experience in healthcare sales or support will be given preference.

Customer service for Medical Offices

Requirements

1) Good knowledge of Computer PC & MAC and advance experience with MS Outlook & Word
2) Ability to multitask ( Answering phone calls, drafting emails, take messages & send out emails)
3) Previous experience in medical office is preferred
4) past experience with Go To Meeting or Web EX is Plus
5) Excellent communication skills
6) Basic knowledge of remote support
7) Meaningful Use understanding
8) EHR Implementation experience
