We are currently looking to hire Data Entry Specialist . You must be a Data Entry Specialist. We are also looking for Admin or customer service that also did Data Entry. You will be entering in applications, warranties, financial statements, etc. You must be very good with 10 key and you must be able to type at least 60 words per minute. ResponsibilitiesPrepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Organization ; Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information , Results Driven, Energy Level
You must have at least 2 years of very recent Data Entry Specialist experience
You must score 8,000 - 9,000 ksph or faster. We will test you so please make sure you are in that range at least.
You must be a Data Entry professional. We are not looking for someone that did something else and also did some data entry
You must be proficient with all Microsoft Office Products but most importantly Word and Excel
You must be able to type 60 words per minute and you must be very accurate
You must be very good with 10 key
You must have great attendance and punctuality
You must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm plus overtime as needed
