Answer general questions about the volunteer program, responding to the email@example.com email and voicemail requests.
Greet new volunteers and orientate then to the office and guide them to their starting location
Assist with contacting interpreter agencies to fill open medical appointment needs
Input volunteer hours
Print volunteer schedules
Schedule all outpatient interpreter medical appointments
Schedule and Conduct phone interviews for potential volunteers and interns
Schedule potential volunteers for orientations
Assist with presenting orientation
Additional departments and assignments can be added based on interest such as medical billing and coding.
RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of an office environment and culture
Working knowledge of office equipment (copier, scanning, Microsoft Office products, phone)
