DescriptionThe Health Management Academy (The Academy) is a knowledge-based organization for senior level health executives. Membership is comprised of 94 of the largest health systems and 70 corporate member organizations. The Academy operates 11 study groups (CEO, CFO, CMO, CNO, COO, CMIO, CIO, CNIO, GRO, Treasurer and Oncology Service Line Executives). Its health system members represent over 50% of the total net patient revenue of hospitals in the U.S. The Academy uses a unique quick-hitting best practices model of education.
We are currently searching for Research Assistants/Interns for assistance in The Academy's research service lines. This role will report to the Direct of Research.
Lead the development of new reports and improvement of existing reports from study design, metrics definition, data collection, analysis, graphical presentation and reporting in PDF or online format.
This will necessitate the following:
Development and maintenance of databases;
Development of analytic models and report generation for financial, clinical and operational data;
Development of reporting and analytic engines.
1. Achieved or currently in the process of receiving a graduate degree in epidemiology, healthcare administration, or clinical sciences.
2. Knowledge of - or current training in - SPSS, r, STATA, or SAS.
