Psychotherapy Group Practice in Del Mar is seeking a professional, personable, and friendly Part Time Assistant to join our team. We consider this position critical in providing professional to our busy comprehensive practice. We are a innovative team of highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Psychologists and Psychiatrists whom could help shape such an individual over time to enter into the Field of Treating Addictions, Mood Disorders and Trauma.

Responsibilities

Primarily supports the Founder/Director in an assistant role, including scheduling, confirming appointments, maintaining calendars and contacts; coordinating projects, and meetings or conference/events logistics, and some personal assistance activities as needed.

Facilitate phone and e-mail communications; route new clients to the appropriate provider, follow up client paperwork; manage future needed paperwork or other items for clients. Greet clients, provide office organization and maintenance.
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, sitting for extended periods of time, active computer work, some light office cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash and other day-to-day maintenance.
Prepare and handle highly confidential and privileged documents and information such as: letters, , releases of information and other documents; scan, copy, fax,
E-mail, file on a HIPPA Secure Google drive.

Requirements

Three + years equivalent work-related experience providing office administrative support to management.
Highly proficient with Google Drive and Documents, MS-Word, Macintosh Programs, Excel, PowerPoint, and very computer literate.
Exceptional phone, communication, and interpersonal skills,
Superior English language skills, including grammar, spelling, reading, writing and speaking.
Energetic, helpful, handy, flexible, motivated, calm, and a detail-oriented self-starter.
Very organized, ability to multi-task, with strong time management skills.
Professional and welcoming business appearance.

Must have great upbeat phone voice and personality
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Marketing experience and knowledge of social media postings are a plus
Ability to send newsletters and website updates
Photoshop experience and a creative side

Bachelors Degree Required
