ARCADIAN is a premier telepsychiatry service group in 11 states including Washington and Oregon. We are seeking highly motivated and self-reliant interns to join our intern-team and support a number of projects that are critical to our clinical and business success.

A partial list of those projects might include:

> Development and deployment of physician and customer recruiting campaigns
> Development of training materials and training of our psychiatrists on use of our patient portal – videoconferencing, electronic health record, electronic prescribing
> Coordination of communication flow between and among our psychiatrists, our patients, and the primary care practices that refer patients to us
> Management and mining of a variety of practice and business data bases to answer key questions
> Customer Success specialist to liaison with our partner primary care clinics
> Conduct research regarding various aspects of the legal and regulatory environment pertaining to telemedicine services
> Act as a care navigator, supporting patients as they receives services from our clinicians.

Other activities might be available, depending on interns’ interests and qualifications. We are seeking one or more interns who can devote 15 or more hours per week to this role.

This is primarily a telecommute position. Intern will work from home for the most part and must have her or his own computer with basic office tools, good internet access and phone.
