Our services include Urine Drug Testing, Employment Drug Testing and Therapeutic Medication Monitoring.
This position will work directly with our client, Calvert County Substance Abuse Services. They have 3 locations in Southern Maryland; Prince Frederick, Chesapeake Beach and Lusby.
ResponsibilitiesGreets patients who are scheduled for urinalysis testing.
Conducts male specimen monitoring/collection of oral fluid and urine.
Enters new-client data into program management database.
Maintains cleanliness of the collection area.
Packages and ships all samples collected to our laboratory.
Responsible for ordering supplies used for shipping and collection.
Ensures all test results are provided to the facility.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Strictly follows all HIPAA guidelines.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education required.
Exemplary customer service experience including client relationships and job knowledge.
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to complete the job with no errors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Skill in the use of computers; especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in the field of Criminal Justice or Healthcare is highly desirable.
Experience in the medical field, particularly with updating patient Electronic Medical Records (EMR) would be ideal for this position, but is not required.
Reliable transportation is required.
Proven and verifiable track record of dependability is required.
