DescriptionWe are GSA Home Care, LLC, which is a well known home health agency in South Florida. We are a professional company and specialize in providing care for clients with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, heart conditions and individuals of any age with needs. As an office Manager and doing the marketing, you must have an outgoing and engaging personality with strong presentation and marketing skills and the ability to function efficiently in a stressful work environment. It is also important that you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport and develop working relationships with referral sources.
ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as a business development liaison between GSA Home Care and hospital personnel, patients, physicians, community organizations, retirement communities, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. You will not only be responsible for same store growth within your market, but will also be expected to lead other members of the sales team in accomplishing this goal.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a health-related field preferred
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and social skill
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong presentation and marketing skills
