DescriptionFounded in 2014 and based in Germantown, Maryland, Worldshine International LLC operates an outstanding adult medical day care center. Our facility is utilized to support the health, nutritional, social support and daily living needs of adults in professionally staffed group settings. We are committed to providing a top quality program of medical day care or elderly adults who do not require institutionalization, but still need physical, emotional and medical support services to prevent or delay further deterioration and to promote their independence. Our services include full-time RN for medication management, wellness checks and health care; speech, physical and occupational therapy; personal care assistance include medical program consultation, specially prepared meals, daily activities, and transportation to our center as well as other appointments.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:
This role is considered Nursing Graduates. This nurse will be Conduct initial assessment and supplemental participant assessments, including assessing participants’ physical, mental and functional status, fall risk report and pain scale reports as needed. Evaluate and update participants’ health condition, to include new diagnosis, medication, lab results, incidents, ER visit, hospitalization and any other health status changes. Computer skills are a necessity as training will be conducted in an electronic noting and charting records system. Or
The Student Nurse, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, participates in the nursing process in delivering care to patients and their families. Duties and responsibilities include direct care activities required in daily practice on the day care center.
RequirementsWhat You Need to Be Successful:
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, Or Currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing program, good academic standing for junior or senior year of a BSN, AA or Diploma program.
