Stan Hywet Hall is a 65-room Tudor Revival mansion built between 1912-1915 by F.A. Seiberling, co-founder of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. The Seiberling family lived on their American Country Estate for 40 years and Stan Hywet became a museum in 1957. This accredited historic house museum gives guests a glimpse into the daily life of a wealthy entrepreneur and his family during the Industrial Age.

The Tour Services department is responsible for the overall visitor experience within the museum which includes tour research, development and implementation; educational interpretive trainings; staff and volunteer recruitment and training; and guest experience enhancement programs. In addition, Tour Services manages the group sales department which includes managing the solicitation, reservations, logistics and accommodation of motor coaches, group and school groups.
