Receptionist Job Duties:
1. Welcomes customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2. Directs customers by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
3. Maintains security by following procedures; Provide check in and check out service
4. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
5. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Information Desk Agent:

Information Desk Job Duties:
1. Welcomes customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Scheduling appointments
2. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

1. Must have an associated degree, bachelor degree is preferred.
2. Must have 1-2 years work experience before.
3. Previous experience in hospitality or similar position is preferred.
