DescriptionCatering Start-up is seeking a hard working individual to assist with daily responsibilities.
Incumbent should be able to effectively communicate with MJE clients, staff, and vendors via telephone, email, and in person. Take orders, prepare proposals, generate leads, research local area events that could potentially use our service, pass out company materials (flyers, cards, menus, etc.). Maintain electronic and paper file system. Reconcile receipts. Manage social media accounts. Identify leads by researching community events, craigslist postings, and other sources. Run errands regularly.
Starting at 15-20 hours per week, there may be an opportunity for more hours during the summer. This is a perfect position for a student with a flexible schedule. We a prefer a candidate that has a valid drivers license and reliable transportation, however, it is not a requirement.
