5 stars resorts, based on the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The hotels are looking for interns for the following departments:

Front Office: Inform customers on living conditions: rates, benefits / Make reservations, record arrivals and departures / Greet customers, inform, give the keys intervene in the floors in case of problems / Maintain information materials available to customers / Propose and / or sale of tourist services / Reply to mail, fax, phone / Check or have control rooms (minibar drinks consumed in the "Equipment Loan") / Ensure billing of travel, meals / Accept the bills, payments control deferred/ Establish states

Public relations: Customer service, mailing to members, host of customers in restaurants, tracking and resolution of complaints, call centers, sales trips, welcome and farewell of customers.

Sales/Events: Analysis of shows, exhibitions, conventions, competition, etc. / Monitoring of direct requests, TO, agencies, companies and individuals (groups, seminars, weddings, etc.) / Inspection visits / personalized attention to guests / agents in different areas of the hotel. / Creation of new jobs / Updating the agenda of marriages (restaurants, rentals ...) / Follow-up letters in the whole process post sale, confirmation and post-operation / Support and Monitoring in charge of operations in chronological organization of events / Monitoring and updating social networks

Social Media: Social networking goes hand in hand with PR, you are responsible for monitoring through post, trip advisor, Market Metrix, etc. the guest satisfaction, equally responsible for following up on guest requests, take pictures of the hotel events for upload to the hotel page.

Food and beverage: Attend customers / Present menus, map / take orders / Serve and deserve dishes / Prepare and order room / checking beverage stocks

Kitchen: Preparation of simple and sophisticated dishes / Prepare dishes display / Mount any type of F & B services available from the hotel / Prepare and present pastries and desserts


Hotel provides:
Accommodation (shared room) + 1 meal/day + transport between Resort and accommodation + daypass
Full time: 48h/week (6 days work / 1 day off).

Requirements

Student in tourism, hospitality, business school, Languages ...
Spanish B1 and English minimum B2
Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, good presentation
