Jantell's Events and Consulting specialize in designing, planning and coordinating events of all types and sizes that are uniquely customized to each and every client! We brainstorm with clients to bring their visions to life and on a reasonable budget!!! This summer we're starting our first Bridal Workshop Tour: "Brides on a Budget 2015"! The tour kicks off in Tallahassee, FL in June and we're in need of interns, assistants and volunteers for this summer. We'd prefer an intern that has a little experience in the event planning and hospitality field as well as social media and PR.

Responsibilities

Some Responsibilities Include:
Research the Internet for new leads and develop prospect lists.
Develop, write and edit collateral, including sales proposals, website postings, email newsletters, and press releases.
Assist with content writing for the website, blog, social media and sales and marketing collateral.
Assist with trade show planning and creating related materials.
Assist with events produced by JEC.
Work with Marketing Team in developing trade media and PR plans.
Assist with client projects.
Attend meetings with team members to learn and understand the business & projects.
Conduct market research, as needed.
Take on additional duties and responsibilities, as needed.

Requirements

Must haves:

-Social media accounts
-Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Gmail
-Must be sociable
-Must be willing to learn
-Must have computer
