4 or 5 stars hotels and resorts, based in Canarias Islands. The hotels are looking for interns for the following departments:

Front Office: Inform customers on living conditions: rates, benefits / Make reservations, record arrivals and departures / Greet customers, inform, give the keys intervene in the floors in case of problems / Maintain information materials available to customers / Propose and / or sale of tourist services / Reply to mail, fax, phone / Check or have control rooms (minibar drinks consumed in the "Equipment Loan") / Ensure billing of travel, meals / Accept the bills, payments control deferred/ Establish states

Public relations: Customer service, mailing to members, host of customers in restaurants, tracking and resolution of complaints, call centers, sales trips, welcome and farewell of customers.

Human Resources: Participate in the recruitment of employees and hotel trainees / Participate in the training plan / internal communication /administrative management (drafting of contracts, Social Security ...) /Participate in career management changes / Publication of job offers, job boards management.

Quality department assistant: Conduct internal audits, transcribe and archive the results, participate in the development of the quality system, collaborate on documentation standards and requirements. Mechanization of customer satisfaction surveys on different aspects of the hotel.

Assistant company store: Support merchandise management, order fulfillment, inventory, inventory control
Participate in reporting, warehouse management

Housekeeping: Attend the housekeeper in the following tasks: coordinating department staff, checking the rooms to fill, monitor all cleaning, control inventory of materials, ensure the good image of the department staff. Verify compliance with internal rules by staff. Compliance Preferences hours and records in parts. File and lockers.
Food and beverage: Attend customers / Present menus, map / take orders / Serve and deserve dishes / Prepare and order room / checking beverage stocks

Kitchen: Preparation of simple and sophisticated dishes / Prepare dishes display / Mount any type of F & B services available from the hotel / Prepare and present pastries and desserts


Host Company provides:
Paid between 140 and 300 euros/month + full board accommodation (shared room)

Requirements

Student in tourism, hospitality, business school, Languages ...
Spanish or English minimum B2, German highly valuated
Good interpersonal, dynamic, good presentation
