Los Angeles-based Plan Check Kitchen + Bar has earned acclaim for reconceptualizing modest American classics. The neighborhood restaurant serves modern takes on American comfort food by Executive Chef Ernesto Uchimura in a small-plates format, alongside innovative cocktails, premium whiskeys, and craft beers in a
sleek yet inviting contemporary industrial space. Plan Check Kitchen + Bar is a venture
of restaurateur Terry Heller, who is also a real estate developer, with a lifelong love of
L.A.’s delis, burger joints, and taquerías.

You will work out of our corporate office with our corporate team as we open our third and fourth locations.

Responsibilities

-Administrative: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, office supply inventory, answering phones
-Data Entry
-Contact vendors
-Keep track of new employees
-Manage and post content to our social media outlets
-Opportunity to shadow servers, hosts and FOH managers to gain experience
-Updating menus

Requirements

-Interest in Hospitality Management and Restaurants specifically
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Ability to devote 5-10 hours a week working at our corporate office
-Experience with Photoshop and inDesign is a huge plus
