Our restaurant group is currently looking for several part-time interns majoring in administration and human resources for open-ended internship opportunities. We need creative, hardworking, responsible college students or recent graduates looking to expand their knowledge of management, hospitality and service marketing. There is opportunity of future employment for the right individuals.

Responsibilities

*~*ADMINISTRATIVE & HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT *~*

Projects include but are not limited to:

>> Assume receptionist duties, greet visitors and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phones, route calls, and take messages
>> Assist with completion of necessary reports as requested by the Administrative Director
>> Compile information and research for Administrative Director
>> Ensure all invoices and mail are routed to the Administrative Director for billing/filing
>> Assist other management staff with administrative duties as requested
>> Attend meetings with staff and record minutes for internal review
>> Maintain extensive filing system and act as liaison between all locations

Requirements

Each intern will receive a lunch stipend per day. We would prefer a minimum of 20-25 hrs per week but hours and days are flexible. College credit is recommended. Availability to bring in your own personal laptop for use as workspace is a plus but not required.
