MSLGROUP Global Headquarters has a great opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team from October 2014 through March 2015 and gain exposure to several different HR disciplines.

You will be reporting to the HQ Talent Manager based in Waltham and interacting daily with HR colleagues from all over the world.

Employee Engagement
- Support the management of the yearly global employee competition (including the preparation of all the marketing material)
- Help coordinate the second season of our global mentoring program
- Update of the MSLGROUP Induction Ebook for newcomers

Employer Branding
- Fuel the new HR intranet space with engaging and updated content
- Prepare the monthly internal HR newsletter that is going out to 100+ Managers
- Suggest new marketing initiatives to make sure our internal and external communications and programs are aligned with our EVP

International HR:
- Assist in requests from local and regional HRs and encourage best-practice sharing in the HR community
- Provide ad-hoc support on global HR programs like global trainings, performance management…

Requirements

Requirements:

· A degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications or a related field;
· Action-oriented;
· Cultural sensitivity is a must;
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
· Able to handle multiple projects at the same time;
· Able to communicate in a clear, concise way; and
· Able to work well independently as well as with others.
· Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook;
