StraighterLine, Inc., a leader in online education development and delivery, is currently accepting applications for Human Resources Interns.

Flexible schedule- at least 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Preparing all new hire paperwork
- Creating new personnel files
- Advertising all open positions
- Preparing and filing invoices
- Manage ordering for office materials
- Updating and maintaining expenditures on office orders
- Assisting in creating employee handbook and policies
- Assist in the creation of training manuals for all departments
- Work with compensation and benefits

Requirements

Education and Experience:
- Excellent phone and writing skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Keyboarding skills
- Currently working towards college degree in related field
- Communication skills - written and verbal
