Responsibilities

The company is looking for motivated, forward thinking, creative but critical minded individuals. Ideal candidates will avidly follow multiple sports. The company works as a team and although directly working with administration and human resources on a daily basis the candidate would be cohesively working with the entire company simultaneously.

- Assist head of HR with the hiring process, creating job descriptions, and interview process
- Assist the EVP with administrative tasks
- Writing up offer letters for new employees
- Aide in performance evaluations
- Organize business seminars, team meetings, and plan company-wide lunches
- Assist in managing new hire paperwork and employee files
- Train new employees

Requirements

- Have at minimum an undergraduate degree or in an undergraduate program
- Ideally, but not mandatory, studied/studying business administration, sports administration, sports management, communications
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher
- Able to use both Mac and PC programs and operating systems
- Interested in the intersection of art, design, and sports
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and can pick up skills quickly
