Fox Hill, a Sunrise Senior Living community located in Bethesda, MD is looking for a organized and motivated individual to assist in the administration of the community Human Resources office. The office is responsible for the recruiting, selection, onboarding, training and management of approximately 200 team members in differing departments.
Office organization, to include filing and document maintenance; tracking & maintaining appropriate employee files, licenses, training and other documentation in order to meet federal, local and state regulations. Assist with documentation and response to worker's compensation claims, unemployment hearings, EEOC issues, employee compliance calls and other H.R. related issues.
Administrative experience regarding filing and organization is preferred, though not required. A basic understanding of confidentiality, privacy and employee relations is preferred, in conjunction with a Business Administration or Human Resource focus.
