Volunteer/Unpaid H.R. Assistant for the Anaheim YMCA. We have a very busy HR department with a high turnover of staff due to most of the employees either being seasonal or attending college.
Will assist the H.R. department with filing documents, completing H.R. related documents, photocopying, collating materials, making calls to potential applicants, grading proficiency tests, doing telephone references and other H.R. related tasks.
Knowledge of HR related tasks preferable but not absolutely required. Must be able to file accurately, photocopy, scan documents , proficient in basic office skills. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and neat handwriting. Must be a quick learner with attention to details.
