DescriptionBees and Butterflies Performing Arts, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to handle the HR functions for our office and theater employees.
Responsibilities-Ensure the company remains compliant with all federal and state legislations
-Provide clarification, guidance and advice on various company policies and compliance issues
-Manage the recruitment process for all positions within the company;Create and post job descriptions, screen applicants, and coordinate the interview process
-In collaboration with Theater Director, plan and facilitate our internship programs
-Oversee employee recordkeeping and maintenance of employee files
