As a Corporate HR Administration intern at Liberty Mutual, you will develop knowledge about Human Resources through exposure to a specific functional area (such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, systems, or training development). You will focus on developing the skills necessary for success by assisting professionals with day-to-day job assignments. You may be assigned to additional training or project work. The Company's internship program is intended to provide students the opportunity to practice business skills learned in school while gaining work experience. Upon completion of a successful internship, there is opportunity to be considered for a full time position in our Human Resource Development Program.
