Depending upon each colleges specific "credit" requirements, qualified candidates may receive intership creidt for either 1 or 2 semesters, 3 or 6 credits (students must check with their career center/internship counselor to clarify). ResponsibilitiesInterns will utilize, on a daily basis, 3 of the 4 main phases to an HR professional's career:
-employee benefits (insurance)
-conflict resolution in the workplace
Interns will be involved in a number of different HR activities, including but not limited to: setting up and preparing for new associate training program, contracting, interviewing, job fairs, college recruiting, social media recruiting, new associate tracking etc.
