Our well established and busy boutique Executive Search, with clients in a wide variety of industries, seeks an intern to work with our managing partners and associates on multiple assignments. The resourceful, bright and detailed candidate will use social media including LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder and other posting sites, university career sites, Crain’s business lists, and a variety of other leads to source candidates.
Whether we are searching for a Controller for a family office, a Marketing Director for a pharmaceutical company, or a high level Executive Assistant to a Chairman, every day will be different as you identify sources for finding exactly the right individual! We are a team spirited smaller office and enjoy someone with a healthy sense of humor along with a committed personality that doesn’t give up. Your positive attitude and flexible support nature will be valued and in turn, you will be exposed to learning about the executive search and human resources industry.
We offer flexible days and hours and potential for this opportunity to become a paid position. Some research and administrative office experience desirable, along with good written and communication skills. Applicants should currently be pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or other business-related field.
