Our well established and busy boutique Executive Search firm, with clients in a wide variety of industries, seeks an intern to work with our managing partners and associates on multiple assignments. Whether we are searching for a Controller for a family office, a Marketing Director for a pharmaceutical company, or a high level Executive Assistant to a Chairman, every day will be different as you identify sources for finding exactly the right individual!

ResponsibilitiesThe resourceful, bright and detailed candidate will use:
• social media including LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder
• other posting sites, university career sites, Crain’s business lists
• Variety of other leads to source candidates.
The Intern will be exposed to every aspect of the recruiting industry, working directly with managing partners and assisting them every step of the way in their search for job candidates.
Requirements• Some research and administrative office experience desirable
• Good written and communication skills.
• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or other business-related field.
