Time to Save ( is a foundation dedicated to the financial well-being of all men and women regardless of age. We are focused on enhancing the quality of life of our members as they age. This is accomplished by fulfilling our member’s needs for an interactive community, information / education and savings options. The HR Talent Scout will be responsible for some, but not limited to: Recruit our teams of interns; write and post internship descriptions; field applications; interview candidates; extend offers; get all paperwork signed; conduct new intern orientation, reviews, and weekly check-in meetings. Mentor and train interns; build new relationships with schools; find new and innovative ways to market our internships; get our internship processes and paperwork up to snuff and down to a science.


Organized, detail-oriented, and great at people management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a big bonus! Please be comfortable and proficient with technology – email, internet, MS Office, and willingness to learn user-friendly software. You will learn how to multi-task and work independently. Additionally, you must be reliable, punctual, and able to attend phone meetings a few times a week. Because we are in startup mode, being adaptable to changes in projects and priorities are typical of a HR Talent Scout.
