The HR Talent Scout will be responsible for some, but not limited to: Recruit our teams of interns; write and post internship descriptions; field applications; interview candidates; extend offers; get all paperwork signed; conduct new intern orientation, reviews, and weekly check-in meetings. Mentor and train interns; build new relationships with schools; find new and innovative ways to market our internships; get our internship processes and paperwork up to snuff and down to a science.
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at people management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a big bonus! Please be comfortable and proficient with technology – email, internet, MS Office, and willingness to learn user-friendly software. You will learn how to multi-task and work independently. Additionally, you must be reliable, punctual, and able to attend phone meetings a few times a week. Because we are in startup mode, being adaptable to changes in projects and priorities are typical of a HR Talent Scout.
