ResponsibilitiesAs the Human Resources Intern, your overall responsibility is to work in conjunction with the Department of Human Resources covering a multitude of duties with emphasis on the following: working under the guidance of Department members on updating all job descriptions for Nikon Inc., partaking in interview process, speaking with Nikon employees in order to update job descriptions, assist in drafting job descriptions and updating applicant flow log accurately categorizing resumes. An opportunity to learn the overall realm of Human Resources will be offered, to provide a well-rounded knowledge base of Human Resources.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS FOR INTERNSHIP:
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Understanding of key human resources concepts
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient time and project management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (pursuit of Master’s Degree in Human Resources)
• High School Diploma required
