In this unique internship role, you will have exciting opportunities to interact with business professionals, help small businesses access a wide range of financial services, and enable them to develop the tools for long-term success.

Responsibilities

Duties
Act as a liaison between senior managers & potential new hires
Schedule multiple candidates for recruitment processes
Create & post ads for open positions
Record and document all salient hiring information
Provide assistance with interviews
Organize company paperwork
Coordinating events to improve teamwork and company morale

Requirements

Qualifications
Good written & verbal communication skills
Able to work resourcefully & multitask
Ability to work in both team and independent environment
Ability to articulate specifics during group hire presentations
Interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn
10-12 hour commitment
