Responsibilities

Located in Dedham at our headquarters, responsibilities will require being on the phone allot, conducting reference checks on candidates before hiring, placing ads, sourcing for candidates, screening resumes, learning our resume database system to enter information and run reports, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

Join an innovative Human Resources Department reporting to the Director of Recruitment & Retention. While we grow as an organization, it is necessary for Human Resources to keep up with our non-profit's major resource, our employees. Become involved in all areas of HR, that includes, project management, analysis, strategy and research. Attend meetings, work on a team, and as an individual contributor.
