Human Resource Interns will source candidates, interviewing for a company that provides financial, educational, & support services to its clients.
This position will function in the Human Resources Management Service.Conduct internal placement and external recruitment. · Conducting qualification assessments utilizing applicable standards and issuing certificates/referrals of eligible/best qualified applicants to the hiring officials. Provide advice and consultation to managers on recruitment strategies, sources and special programs to support client needs. Developing job analysis, crediting plans, determining pay, developing vacancy announcements, and reviewing personnel actions for completeness. Applying comprehensive knowledge of staffing laws, policies, regulations, executive orders, etc., to support organization recruitment and staffing goals.
Ability to communicate effectively, oral and written with colleagues at all levels. Must be technologically savvy and/or resourceful with online and cellular communications. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-motivate, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Quickbooks is a plus. Strong analytical, project management and process skills. Meet deadlines.
