We are currently seeking students of all levels and academic backgrounds! The Human Resources intern will develop HR Generalist skills and assist the department with a variety of projects related to compliance, recruiting, employee benefits, quality assurance, filing, and personnel file management.
The HR intern will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our company and gain first hand business knowledge. It's perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and want to experience first hand what it takes to launch, grow, and succeed as the company continues to expand into new territories.
This position is currently open in our El Segundo and Orange offices.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
-Coordinating with HR Coordinators/HR Managers on job postings and resume reviews
-Assisting with creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and additional information needed at on campus recruiting events and career fairs
-Assisting with creating new employee personnel files and training materials
-Fielding inbound calls to the appropriate team member
-Handling ad hoc projects as assigned by HR Coordinator/Managers
RequirementsResponsible, detail oriented, and energetic individual with a can-do attitude
Able to commit 10-16 hours a week
Possess PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus, but not required
Business, Human Resources, or Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required
