Develop and implement a technical recruiting process for both internal requirements as well as staffing needs from various clients.?
Research and identify potential candidates using different recruiting methods: direct prospecting, Internet searches through Monster.?com and Dice.?com, third-party suppliers /? agencies, trade magazines, job fairs, Universities, and relational building.?
Filter candidates and organize interviews for candidates with the business development and technical members within the company.?
Ownership of the full recruiting team life cycle (presenting offers, salary negotiations, formatting resumes).?
Update and maintain an in-house database and weekly recruiting reports.?
Develop and grow a Recruiting Profit Center based on target recruiting goals and Gross Profit goals.?
Align recruiting targets and profit goals with the Business Development team
This position requires an outgoing personality and the ability to work extensively with the enableIT Team
Recent College Graduate with around 2 years experience in recruiting.?
Self-starter, aggressive individual, motivated to learn.?
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Enjoys working as a member of a team
Adaptability to work for a rapidly growing company.?
