DescriptionIconic Solutions is an outsourced sales and marketing firm focused on new client acquisition and retention with major fortune 50 and 500 companies. Currently, we are working with a large retail division of Staples and a medical supply company. Iconic specializes in sales, marketing, customer service and client management. We focus directly on targeting medium and small sized businesses in Oregon. We are looking for entry level candidates to train and develop into management for expansion on behalf of our fortune 50 and 500 clients. Due to the amount of revenue and business we have acquired for these companies we have the ability to expand again and only looking to do that with candidates from within. We will be hiring individuals to grow into our management training program. This program will consist of learning marketing, sales, client management, business, campaign development, human resources, recruiting, administration, and finances. We are currently looking to provide an opportunity for students to join our team and experience what it’s like working for a 100 Best Company in Oregon.

-Acting as a first point of contact
-Scheduling interviews on a daily basis
-Recruiting new hires via phone and job fairs
-Managing the main lobby and greeting guests
-Administration in the office with paperwork
-Assisting in the sales department and representatives
-Working directly with HR and the President
-Ability to work on an individual and team basis
-Ability to handle stressful situations with finesse
-1+ years of work experience in any field
-Great attitude and flexibility
- Driven and Ambitious
-Someone who takes Initiative
-Have interest in sales and marketing (You MUST like Sales AND Marketing)
-Great communication and speaking skills
