We have an internship opportunity open at our Irvine office with the Regional Center of Orange County department to assist with client services and human resources. This dual role allows the individual to be exposed to different aspects of the business within the healthcare industry.

Hours are flexible, entirely dependent upon the student's availability.



Responsibilities

-Recruitment of external staff through various sources such as the internet, referrals, nursing school presentations
-Track applicants through recruiting software, SmartRecruiters
-Assisting in the hiring process (interviews, background checks, reference checks, etc.)
-Resolve customer service issues
-General office operations

Requirements

-All majors are welcome, interest in Human Resources, Sales, and Management a plus!
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Strong customer service focus
-Detail oriented with data entry accuracy
-Organizational skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
