DescriptionWilkins Solutions Enterprises is looking for several new interns for summer 2012. Wilkins Solutions Enterprises is the largest national Fitness, Medical & Amenity solution provider of over 1.5 Million products in 50 states. We provide an opportunity for our interns to work closely with the Vice President, CEO and other upper level positions. You will be given challenging work that will allow you to be creative and take initiative.
Learning Objectives: This is not a go get coffee internship. We will tailor your internship toward your interests. We will provide you with meaningful work that will impact our company.
Length of Internship: We ask for a minimum commitment of 20 hours for 3 months.
Rate of pay: Stipend for summer; Free Lunch Fridays

ResponsibilitiesA human resources intern will have many opportunities to express their talent and skills. Recruitment, Retention, and Hiring are all areas that you will be able to assist. You will have to opportunity to work directly with perspective employees.
Primary duties include:
· Recruitment: contact candidates, interviews, update system, write and edit job descriptions
· Calling potential candidates, following up, interviews
· Evaluating different components of the evaluation process
· Retention: Running reports, teaming salesmen up with mentors, etc.
RequirementsQualifications: Candidate should be driven and passionate with the ability to take ownership of assigned projects. Excellent communication skills and being able to complete tasks efficiently will allow you to be successful in this position. This candidate should be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking position
You should be enrolled or be a recent graduate of an accredited university/college program. Comfort with Microsoft Office Products required.
