Vincentian Collaborative System is a Catholic not-for-profit health care and human services organization that coordinates the care of three senior care communities--Vincentian Home in McCandless, Vincentian de Marillac in Stanton Heights, and Marian Manor in Green Tree. Last year, the organization received 20,000+ hours of service of over 1200 volunteers.

In order to continue this rate of growth, the Director of Volunteer Services is seeking interns with an interest in human resources or nonprofit management to serve on a new Volunteer Development Team. If you are interested in developing the potential, passion and purpose of people, and want to gain or share your experience in training, coaching, online management systems, customer service or interviewing—we’d love to talk to you! Team members will help facilitate the volunteer interview and orientation process, connect new volunteers to the people and resources they need to be successful, provide input into improving volunteer satisfaction and effectiveness, and serve as a liaison between facility staff and volunteers at the location of your choice and the Director of Volunteer Services. If interested, please contact Joyce Andrews at 412-548-4060 or jandrews@vcs.org.
