Then we want to talk to you! We are seeking an HR/Recruitment Intern to assist in sourcing and screening candidates for our virtual web marketing and web development internship opportunities.

The Virtual Human Resource Intern, under supervision of recruiting director will assist in recruiting and managing web marketing and web development internship opportunity participants. The Human Resource Intern, under supervision of recruiting director will aid in writing and posting internship opportunities and ; screen and review resumes; interview candidates; extend offers; get all paperwork signed; conduct new intern orientation, reviews, and weekly check-in meetings. Mentor and train interns; build new relationships with schools; find new and innovative ways to market our internships opportunities.

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities:

- Assist the Recruiting Director with posting positions, sourcing and reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screenings and onsite interview.
-Assist Recruiting Director in managing intern team members and conducting group training sessions.
- Participate in college recruiting events to represent the company and identify potential candidates.
- Provide administrative support to HR managers, including, calendar management.
- Answer phones, distribute mail, print/copy documents, order supplies, and set up meetings including conference lines/ video conferences as needed.
- Demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality

COMPENSATION:

A performance based stipend is provided every 30 days, participants are paid based on the amount of transactions that the recruited intern team produce. Upon completion of internship participants are provided letter of participation outlining participant's performance, experience gained, and the specific effect that participants performance had on the project that they worked on.

Our programs focus is to provide participants with hands on cutting edge training, verifiable work experience, quantifiable tracking of the numbers that their participation in the program generated; and powerful letters of recommendation. Stipends are given to reward above average performance within the project.

20 Hours Per Week 9am - 1:15pm Monday - Friday Virtually
*Must Have Headset PC or Laptop & Quiet Space For Virtual Meetings & Training Sessions.

Organized, detail-oriented, and great at people management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort and proficiency with technology – email, internet, MS Office, and willingness to learn user-friendly software. Able to multi-task and work independently. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Must be adaptable to changes in projects and priorities typical of a Human Resources Intern.

Academic eligibility

The Virtual Human Resources & Management Internship Opportunity is offered to graduates or students currently in the final year of Associates of Arts or Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Business, Business Management, Human Resources, and Business Administration.
