Partners in Education is a nonprofit administered by the Santa Barbara County Education Office. Our mission is to connect businesses and individuals with schools and youth-serving nonprofit organizations that serve them, in order to improve public education in ways that support a more vibrant economy, the health of our community and the well-being of local children and their families.

The intern will help with our Internship Program, which hires 60 high school students per year. Duties will include but not be limited to: processing pre-employment paperwork, timecards, and paychecks; entering data; filing; creating organizational systems; calling businesses, students, and volunteers on the telephone; sending emails; and communicating with other departments and schools within the Santa Barbara County Education Office.
