ResponsibilitiesLooking for qualified interns to join our Administrative and Recruitment Team.
Interns will gain experience by learning to:
Provide administrative assistance to District Manager
Provide administrative functional support to the operational function of a District Office
Provides assistance to the team by supporting various events including meetings, Recruitment Events and Interviews.
Prepare a variety of correspondence from drafts or verbal instruction, such as memos, letters, reports, etc.; prepares and processes routine forms, documents, claims, etc., following standard procedures, and responds to inquiries
Assist manager with incoming telephone calls, places calls, arrange appointments and maintain a calendar; coordinate meetings; prepare agendas and materials for presentations;
Maintain effective and accurate filing systems that provides a quick reference database of records, including but not limited to, candidate information, agent information, client records, etc.; audits files at specific intervals to identify and purge outdated or unnecessary items, and ensures confidentiality of records
Performs other related duties as assigned
RequirementsUndergraduate students (sophomore level or higher) in the Northern New Jersey Area, majoring in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Advertisement, Entrepreneurship or Business Management. Other majors will also be considered. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extracurricular/volunteer experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant(s) for this internship.
