Responsibilities12 Week Paid -Summer, Fall, & Spring Internship opportunities
Obtain a Health Insurance License
An assigned mentor who will partner with various business leads to design meaningful projects
Hands-on experience with multiple parts of our internal operations, Hireling, Interviewing, Training , Sourcing, and/or other key functions through day-to-day interactions
Periodic check-ins, lunches, leadership engagements, and other social activities with senior business leaders within Aflac
RequirementsEligible students include those who are currently on-track to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
A GPA of 2.5 or higher
Impressive academic and extracurricular qualifications, consistently strong performance, and a passion for innovation and success
An ability to work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking & interacting with a wide variety of people
Teamwork and problem-solving skills, a willingness to accept responsibility, ask tough questions, and have a pragmatic approach
