We are currently looking for a bright and professional Human Resources/Recruiting intern for our Elmwood Park, NJ office who can help us in handling day-to-day responsibilities and special projects. We want you to help us recruit associates for our ever expanding, fun and diverse company. This is a position for those interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
This internship starts at 10 hours a week and you can receive college credit!
Responsibilities• Assist in job postings, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings to identify candidates for a career in corporate sales.
• Participate in the entire recruiting life cycle from initial contact through contracting.
• Work with Recruiting Coordinator to complete all new hire paperwork.
• Attend and participate in recruiting meetings.
• Perform other HR/Recruiting duties and work on special projects as assigned.
• Utilize Social Media for recruitment
