As the industry leader in the exponentially growing supplemental benefits field, Aflac is poised for massive expansions in the oncoming years. As a result we are looking for motivated young professionals to work in our HR Department and assist in our recruiting efforts. There you will learn valuable skills in navigating the employer access side of websites like Monster and Career Builder and learn to qualify resumes for the purposes of recruiting.


Searching and qualifying resumes, contacting potential new hires, discussing positions and setting up interviews if qualified.


Must be motivated, eager to learn, hard working and goals driven. Hours would be extremely flexible to fit your schedule, but we do request that you be dependable and punctual. You must also currently reside in the Columbia, MD area, please not out-of-state or out-of-country applicants.

We are also looking for both full and part time positions, but within the confines of 8am-6pm Mon-Fri.


Required - Exceptional People Skills, Great People Skills
Preferred - Computer Proficiency
