DescriptionOpportunity to work with a web based platform that is scaling in the world of recruiting. Our platform is focused on this area of the business world by matching small and medium sized businesses with limited HR to talented freelancers.
Intern could be located in Charleston, SC or could work remotely under supervision of Operations Director located in Charleston, SC. The internship is available ongoing started now through the academic year.
--Recruiting freelance talent
--Learning about business development--finding new clients as well as the candidates to fill roles requested by clients.
--Learning about this growing sector of the business world--the gig economy.
--Learning how to act as a type of remote HR by managing freelance talent, liaise between client and freelancer and manage payments.
ResponsibilitiesThe job would include assisting with various aspects of managing the jobs that we fill:
--Researching potential candidates for jobs submitted by our clients.
--Using a high level of judgement to match a job candidate based on their skills with a job role.
--Potentially conducting interviews with candidates
Other tasks could include:
--Marketing campaign design and execution
--Client lead generation, follow up and closure
--Market analysis and report writing
