Description

JXN Staffing and Communication is a new innovative company hiring third party Independents for the fortune 500 companies around the world. 80% of our team of IO's are all work from home clients. We have a massive interview process that requires constant follow up and IO profile processing. We aim to expose the opportunity in large numbers by January 2017. JXN Staffing is a company of growth and we're on a mission to serve everywhere.

We are currently seeking an energetic individual looking to learn the internal operations of our platform. We reward bonus and incentives for added progress. The student interested in working with us must have transportation to and from the office. The student/intern must have knowledge of Microsoft programs, great attitude , impeccable customer service and organizational skills.

Days/ Hours:
3 to 4 days per week depending on volume of candidates ( Mon, Tues , Wed some Fridays )
8:30am - 4pm 1 hour down time between 12 noon to 1pm.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
-Answer Phones ( Itern will answer all calls from existing IO's to guide them through the training process, calls from prospects to screen them for qualification and schedule them upon availability)
-Interview Prospects and Process Enrollment ( Scheduled candidates will have to be informed of the process and fill out application and enroll , the intern will perform the intake and conduct the enrollment )
-Set Appointments ( on select days ) ( on down time, select slow days , Intern will assist the scheduler in pulling resumes and setting interview appointments).
_follow up ( Select days) _-( on select slow days , intern will followup with the certified candidates going through training to assure a smooth transition and ensure that all IO's have selected a program )

Requirements

Must be current in credits, have completed a computer course in the updated versions of Microsoft ( All ). Must be currently enrolled in an HR or HR related course or pre- recs etc. Communication skills are imperative. Have the ability to trouble shoot with the material provided. Organize accordingly. Follow through with tasks.
